Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel

Opened in July 2008 on the southern end of Seneca Lake in the Village of Watkins Glen.  Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region, the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel features 104 luxury guest rooms, an elegant ballroom, dining by the fireplace or outside on the patio. The $16 million project was assisted with funding from Empire State Development, Schuyler County Industrial Development Agency and SCOPED.

Montour House

An 1854 landmark in the Glorious T Historic District of Montour Falls has been re-born with commercial  space on the first floor and market-rate loft apartments on the upper floors.  The $1.8 million renovation was dedicated in April 2010, funded in part by Empire State Development RestoreNY, NYS Office of Community Renewal NY Main Street, Schuyler County Industrial Development Agency and SCOPED.
