Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development (SCOPED) is here to assist you in identifying the financial and professional resources needed for business creation and expansion in the upstate New York region.

SCOPED partners with you to deliver innovative and comprehensive economic development packages that help you compete in local, regional, national or international marketplaces.

Our plan is simple.  We seek to position the Schuyler County community for the well-being of our current and future residents.  We are dedicated to maintaining a balance between the County's economic needs and preservation of its beauty, unique character and abundant natural resources.

Schuyler County's public sector and business communities work hard to assure a healthy, interesting, and fulfilling life for those who live and work throughout the region.  Thatís probably why so many talented, successful and creative people call this magnificent area home.
